Tarot & Card Readings

The Tarot is a deck of cards that originated over 500 years ago in northern Italy.
Although the Tarot was first used in a game called Triumphs, it was quickly adopted as a tool for divination, and popularized by occult societies such as the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn.

The reading for Tarot cards has a long history tracing its roots from medieval Europe, ancient Egypt and leading its way into your life with modern  new age psychics. It is a tool to receive guidance from your higher self, the universal energy and spirit.

The number of decks have changed and grown through the years, but the uncanny clarity with which the cards seem to relate to you and your current situation stays the same. This is why the wisdom of the Tarot has been trusted for generations.

Tarot Readings can be provided in person, on the phone, over WhatsApp video calls, as well as via Email. Prior appointment is a must. The Lenormand cards are named for their creator, Madame Marie Anne Lenormand. She was a famous fortune teller in France. She was born on 27 May 1772 in Alençon, Normandy, to Jean Louis Antoine Lenormand, a draper, and Marie Anne Lenormand (née Gilbert).

Lenormand was orphaned at the age of five and educated in a convent school. Madame Lenormand died in Paris on 25 June 1843. She left behind a fortune of 500,000 Francs, and left no heirs other than a nephew who being a devout Catholic, burned all of Lenormand's occult paraphernalia; taking only the monetary fortune that she left behind.

After she died the deck of 36 illustrated cards known as the Petit Lenormand or simply Lenormand cards was published and is still used extensively today. It is based on her custom deck which she used to give readings to Empress Josephine, Alexander I and Robespierre. A number of cartomancers prefer to construct their own decks based on the symbols of the original deck, as have I. The cards are simple but manage to give answers to the most complex questions.
